Natalie Mitchell

Bio

Coach Natalie Mitchell has been around football for the last 20 years. She is a proud mom of two boys, one is a Firefighter/Paramedic with Prince George’s County, Maryland and the other is a junior playing Defensive Back at Notre Dame College in Cleveland, Ohio. She started off as a team mom with the Bowie Bulldogs when her kids were young and in 2016 transitioned to Charles Herbert Flowers High School where she became the Operations Manager with the Football Program.

As the Operations Manager, Coach Mitchell worked closely with the Head Coach Dameon Powell to ensure that all the administrative actions were done so they could stay compliant. Over the last seven years she has been part of a winning program at Flowers High School and in 2022 Flowers High School made it to the State Championship for the first time in schools’ history. In addition to Operations Manager, Coach Mitchell is transitioning into being a Co-Coordinator for Special Teams.

Outside of the x’s and o’s, Coach Mitchell prides herself in taking care of the players and ensuring that they have all the opportunity to go to the next level whether playing football or just getting a higher-level education.
